HEMOGLOBIN FORMATION since Iron is essential in formation of normal red blood cells and hemoglobin. Hemoglobin in red blood cells carries oxygen from lungs to tissues

Lack of iron leads to low hemoglobin and can cause anemia, which causes tiredness and fatigue, fast heart beat, pale face, shortness of breath and dizziness

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION as the stages during which low hemoglobin is commonly experienced and use of iron supplement may be needed similarly heavy menstrual periods, celiac disease, training athletics, and growth spurt in children may also result in low hemoglobin which may be compensated by Vitabalans Ferrodan 100mg
