The process to pre-order looks extremely similar to placing a regular order on FITAMINAT. Additionally, you may receive email updates if the release date changes and if this happens, you'll have the option to manage or cancel your order.
FITAMINAT ships its products to almost all parts of the UAE. Orders placed will be shipped within 24hrs during normal working days. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

Products and Pricing
FITAMINAT prices include VAT. If you shop above AED 100, you'll receive free shipping. However, if your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer Standard Delivery at a fee starting from AED 20, which may vary depending on the type of item you have purchased.
FITAMINAT offers various payment options such as online card payment, card payment on delivery, and cash on delivery. Please note that the use of cash on delivery is limited to select items. Our payment portals are 100% secure and approved by the Central Bank in the UAE.

For domestic orders, we make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it. If the order is placed by 4 PM GST, it will usually be shipped on the same day. However, please note that this is subject to verification of your billing information and the shipping method you have selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. For Buy online orders, cancellations can be made by calling our Customer Care team, or they will cancel automatically after 2 days if payment has not been received. However, please note that we work hard to get your orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to cancel Ship to orders once they have been submitted.

We are currently operating a warehouse in Dubai, UAE. The location from which your order will be fulfilled and shipped depends on a number of factors including geographic proximity to your location as well as stock position for the product(s) that you ordered. Rest assured that no matter which location your order will ship from, we will provide the same level of care and urgency to ensure that your package arrives on time and in one piece.
Products are kept in a temperature-controlled environment in our warehouse facility, and we use temperature-controlled vehicles for shipping.
All orders shipped to the UAE are shipped if the order value is less than AED100 with a fixed shipping fee of AED20 and Shipping is free if the order value is greater than 100 AED When you place your order on the web, the shipping option will be automatically available.
