Returns, Exchanges and Order Cancellations

Can I return the items I have purchased?

The short answer is no!

We do not accept returns for vitamins, food supplements, health, hygiene related and personal care products and baby products purchased from Fitaminat online store. That means we can't simply take back an item you have purchased for just any reason!

Of course we always stand behind the quality of everything we sell online, therefore, if there is an issue with quality or manufacturer defect, we will make it right. Fitaminat is committed to providing you with the highest quality products. To ensure your satisfaction, we ask that you inspect the items you have purchased upon arrival and contact Customer Care (+971 4 429 7067) within 24 hours if any problems are found. 

We will credit or exchange unused, defective items only. Please return the unused items in their original packaging to:
S-04, Prime 1, Spain Cluster,

Non-returnable Products.

No return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

  1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
  2. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or
  3. Items on sale.
  4. Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
  5. Item that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.
  6. Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside the UAE].

Refund Procedure:

Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our fulfillment center and inspected by our team. We will issue a refund as store credits (within 3 days after the inspection and approval by our team); or to your credit/debit card (within 30 days after the inspection and approval by our team)

How can I cancel my order?

Due to the speed at which we process orders we may not always be able to cancel an active order before it ships. If you would like to cancel an order you recently placed and we are unable to do so, simple refuse the shipment when it arrives and we will credit you when the shipment is returned to our warehouse by the carrier.
